• Print-on-Demand (POD) T-Shirts: These are printed to order by third-party partners. Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor calibrations.

• Handmade Pottery: Each piece is unique. Variations in size, shape, and glaze color are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• Photography: We sell digital downloads. All photography remains the intellectual property of Nowoka-Ya Studios and its representatives.                                                                                                                                                                                  

2. Ordering and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

• Payment: We accept the forms of payment displayed on the checkout page. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without express written permission. Digital images my be printed for personal display (or as a single gift) only. You may not sell or distribute the image in any manner, except as previously described.
